Joey Ceballos: Turning Attention Into Action

I create marketing that connects strategy, creative, and execution across social media, ads, websites, email, and video. My work focuses on helping businesses look more professional, communicate clearly, and move their audience toward real customer action.

Selected Work

A look at marketing projects I have worked on across social media, paid ads, websites, landing pages, video campaigns, and brand support. Each project was built with a clear goal in mind: improve visibility, make the message easier to understand, and help move the audience toward action.

GMW JCB Service Ad

This service ad was created to educate equipment owners on three warning signs that their machine may need maintenance: grinding, screeching, or hissing sounds. The goal was to turn a common equipment issue into a simple, attention grabbing message that encourages customers to take action before a small problem turns into costly downtime.

Goal: Drive awareness for GMW JCB service support and encourage equipment owners to schedule service before machine issues become bigger problems.

My focus: Clear hook, simple problem based messaging, short form video pacing, bold on screen text, and a direct service focused call to action.

Why it works: The ad speaks to a real fear for equipment owners: downtime. Instead of only promoting the service department, it gives customers a reason to pay attention and act sooner.

Machine Match Social Carousel

This carousel was created to help customers quickly understand which type of machine fits their job. Instead of only showing equipment, the post uses a question based hook to guide the viewer through different job needs and match them with the right machine.

Goal:
Make equipment selection easier for customers while driving more rental and sales inquiries.

My focus:
Clear hook, swipe worthy format, bold visual hierarchy, simple customer education, and a direct path toward contacting GMW JCB for help choosing the right equipment.

Why it works:
Many customers know the job they need done, but they may not know which machine is best for it. This post creates an easy entry point by turning equipment education into an interactive social format.

Mission EDC City Growth Campaign

This video was created in partnership with Mission EDC to showcase the City of Mission’s growth, development, and business potential. The project featured leadership perspective from the CEO of Mission EDC while using strong visuals to highlight the city’s momentum, local identity, and future opportunities.

Goal:
Support community awareness, economic development messaging, and public interest in Mission’s continued growth.

My focus:
Professional storytelling, aerial visuals, leadership driven messaging, city branding, community pride, and a clear presentation of Mission as a growing place for business, investment, and opportunity.

Why it works:
Economic development content needs to feel credible, polished, and easy to understand. This video helps turn city growth into a clear visual story by combining local leadership, recognizable city visuals, and a message that connects with residents, businesses, and future investors.

Commercial Real Estate Lot Availability Ad

This video ad was created to promote two available lots inside Weslaco’s Mid Valley International Industrial Park. The goal was to highlight the opportunity for business owners, developers, and investors by showing the location, the scale of the industrial park, and the connection between Mid Valley International Industrial Park and SVN Hanna Solutions Commercial Real Estate.

Goal:
Generate interest in available commercial lots and position the property as a strong opportunity for business expansion, investment, and regional growth.

My focus:
Clear location based messaging, professional real estate presentation, aerial visuals, brand partnership visibility, and a direct call to action for interested buyers or businesses looking to expand.

Why it works:
Commercial real estate marketing needs to quickly answer why the location matters. This ad uses visuals, branding, and opportunity focused messaging to help viewers understand that these lots are not just land, but a chance to grow inside an active industrial and business development area.

Big Valley Auto Auction Services Landing Page

This landing page was created to showcase the services Big Valley Auto Auction offers to dealers and customers. The goal was to make the page clear, action focused, and easy to navigate while guiding visitors toward key next steps like registering, viewing inventory, and learning more about available services.

Goal:
Present Big Valley Auto Auction’s services in a way that builds credibility, improves user flow, and helps dealers quickly understand how the auction can support their inventory needs.

My focus:
Clear page structure, strong hero messaging, simple calls to action, visual consistency, dealer focused copy, and making the most important actions easy to find.

Why it works:
A service page needs to do more than list what a business offers. It should quickly explain the value, guide the user toward the right action, and make the business feel professional and trustworthy. This page was built to help dealers understand the offer and move toward registration or inventory browsing.

Big Valley Auto Auction Fee Transparency Page

We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions.

This landing page was created to help dealers better understand Big Valley Auto Auction’s buying and selling fees. The goal was to make pricing information easier to find, easier to understand, and more transparent for dealers before they register, buy, or sell through the auction.

Goal:
Build trust with dealers by clearly explaining auction fees and reducing confusion around the buying and selling process.

My focus:
Clear page structure, transparent messaging, dealer focused information, strong visual presentation, and making important details easy to access before a dealer takes action.

Why it works:
Dealers want to know what to expect before doing business with an auction. This page helps answer pricing questions upfront, which makes the auction feel more professional, transparent, and easier to work with.
